Passports & Visas

It is your responsibility to ensure that you possess a valid passport and any necessary visas to travel. All British Citizens require a full 10 year passport (valid for at least 6 months after your return) for all children (including babies) who are not already included on a valid on a 10 year passport will need to hold their own passport if they are to travel abroad. Innoculations

At the time of going to press no compulsory vaccinations were required for any destination featured within this brochure / website. You must consult your doctor for correct and update information. Currency

We recommend taking travellers cheques for ease and security. Credit cards/ Euro cheques are acceptable in most of the hotels featured in the busier city centres.

Travel Documents

Your travel documents (tickets, accommodation vouchers, etc) will be forwarded approx. 10 days before departure date.

Special Requests

Requests for specific rooms and other special requests cannot be guaranteed, although every effort will be made by the hotel or supplier to comply with your wishes.

Assistance during your stay

We have appointed a well established Ground Handling Agent to ensure your holiday arrangements are met. If you require any assistance or additional information during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact them and they will try to help as much as possible. However to maintain your privacy during your holiday we have requested that they do not contact you unless you specifically requested them to do so. The Representative's telephone number and address are quoted on your holiday itinerary. In the event of any difficulty arising with hotel accommodation or any other service provided, the matter must be reported directly to the person concerned, i.e. the hotel manager and also to our Representatives so that immediate action can be taken to remedy the problem.
